International academic mobility is the opportunity for participants in the educational process to study, teach, undergo training, or conduct scientific activities at a foreign higher education institution or research institution. Higher education seekers (including foreign students), academic and teaching staff, researchers, and the administrative and management personnel of the Institute may participate in international academic mobility programs.
The right to international academic mobility is exercised on the basis of international treaties of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of education and science, international programs and projects, as well as cooperation agreements between the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy and foreign higher education institutions and research institutions.
The main types of international academic mobility for higher education students are:
a) degree mobility: studying at a foreign higher education institution in order to obtain a higher education degree, including through joint or double degree educational programs;
b) credit mobility: studying at a foreign partner higher education institution for the purpose of obtaining European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits and/or relevant competencies and learning outcomes that are recognized by the Institute.
Forms of academic mobility for higher education students and PhD students are:
– education;
– language internship;
– research fellowship.
International credit mobility can be implemented within the framework of bilateral exchange programs, as well as specialized academic mobility programs, in particular the Erasmus+ program.
Forms of academic mobility for scientific and pedagogical staff and employees of the Institute are:
– participation in joint international projects;
– teaching;
– conducting scientific research;
– research internship;
– professional development.
International academic mobility of the academic and research staff of the Institute is carried out within the framework of bilateral exchange programs, specialized academic mobility programs (in particular Erasmus+), as well as international educational and scientific projects.
