Finance Department

The Financial Department of the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy is a structural unit that ensures the organization and management of financial and economic activities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Statute of the Institute, and internal regulatory documents. The main purpose of the Financial Department's activity is planning, accounting, auditing the rational use of the Institute's financial resources, and ensuring the financial stability of the educational process, scientific and other types of activities. In its work, the Financial Department interacts with the administration of the Institute, structural units, higher education students, scientific and pedagogical staff, as well as with state authorities and financial institutions within its competence.

The main tasks of the financial department are:
- organization of financial planning and budgeting of the Institute's activities;
– maintenance of accounting and tax records in accordance with current legislation;
– control over the timely and full receipt of funds for educational and other services;
– ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial settlements with students, employees, and counterparties;
- preparation of financial and tax reporting, submission of it to the relevant authorities;
- participation in the drafting of estimates, contracts, and financial terms for the implementation of educational programs.

The finance department is responsible for the accuracy of financial information and compliance with financial discipline.
