The educational and scientific postgraduate program ensures the training of highly qualified research and pedagogical personnel in the relevant field of knowledge and specialty. The program is aimed at developing the competencies necessary for conducting independent scientific research, publishing the results of scientific activity, participating in scientific projects, as well as teaching and practical work in higher education institutions.

Educational and Scientific Program Psychology

The aim of the educational and scientific program is to prepare postgraduate students for independent research and pedagogical activities, to develop the ability to analyze scientific data, generate new scientific ideas, and implement research results into practical activities and the educational process.

The educational process in postgraduate studies is organized in accordance with the postgraduate student's individual training plan, approved by the research supervisor and the institution's administration. Monitoring of program implementation is carried out through systematic consultations, interim assessments, and research progress reports. The program promotes the development of academic integrity, scientific communication skills, the preparation and publication of scientific articles in professional journals, participation in conferences, and international research projects. Postgraduate students have access to library resources, electronic databases, laboratories, and modern equipment for conducting research.
